Description of activity
I am researcher in ethics of AI. I specialise in applied ethics and philosophy. I am particularly interested in issues of agency and autonomy.
I have positions that require ethical expertise in national and international settings. I am a member of the National Medical Research Ethics Committee and the National Advisory Board on Social Welfare and Health Care Ethics (ETENE). I am an ethics expert for the Council of Choice in Health Care in Finland. I am the head of the Unit Finland of the International Chair in Bioethics (WMA co-operating centre).
