Description of activity
Tomorrow’s classrooms are uncertain, complex, and rapidly changing. Teachers need adaptive tools to face emerging challenges.
I work as a Project Coordinator at the University of Oulu, focusing on teacher education and curriculum development. My expertise lies in designing and implementing teacher education solutions that advance sustainability, democratic education and resilient societies.
In practice, I co-create curricula, competence frameworks and teacher-training modules that help teachers feel better prepared to integrate sustainability in ways that are meaningful and feasible in their own contexts. My work is largely carried out in externally funded projects (Erasmus+, Noste) and in close collaboration with teachers, schools and university colleagues.
