Lämsä, Tuija

D.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.) Tuija Lämsä is an University Lecturer of Management at the Department of Management and International Business, at University of Oulu Business School, University of Oulu, Finland. She is also working as a Director of Bachelor’s Programme in Oulu Business School. She has a broad teaching experience in basic, intermediate and advanced studies in Management from 2000. She has also taught in eMBA program (Executive Master of Business Administration) and in Open University. She has supervised theses in every levels; Bachelor’s theses from 2003, Master’s theses from 2007, Executive MBA theses from 2009, and PhD theses from 2010. She is also active in doctoral training in UniOGS (University of Oulu Graduate School). She has a strong research orientation, and she is actively participating in research collaboration, both in international and regional scientific community. Her area of research is based on the organizational behaviour and creativity in the era of change, focusing on strategic practices in new business creation and innovation in international context. The fields of research are studied from the praxis perspective and at different levels of analysis. She has a strong qualitative experience and she has in innovative way developed new methodological approaches to conduct qualitative study. She has also strong social impressiveness at many levels and communities (i.e. academic and administrative communities at University and Business school level and in business life cooperating with working life organizations).
