Description of research and teaching:

Dr. SATU NÄTTI is a Professor of Marketing at the Oulu Business School. Her current research is focused on value creation approach in Business-to-Business relationships, professional services, network orchestration and value creation in public services. She has published e.g., in Industrial Marketing Management, The Journal of Service Management, The Services Marketing Journal, The Service Industries Journal, The Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Technovation and Journal of Business Research.
